He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and received advanced training in earthmoving equipment maintenance from the Auburn University School of Engineering. Mr. Norman is a Certified Manufacturing Technologist, a Certified Materials and Resource Professional, and a Certified Lubrication Specialist with the American Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers. Mr. Norman is the owner of Norman and Associates, and has worked for Detroit Diesel Allison, Inman and Associates, Chevron Lubricants, D-A Lubricants, Cummins, and Life Cycle Engineering.
