Massimiliano Narciso studied animation for many years before attending an Accademia Disney comics course. Since then, he's been a Disney comics illustrator (Mickey Mouse Magazine, PK Magazine,
Pirates of the Caribbean, The Wild (2006). He has also been working with the German publisher Mosaik since 1993. In 2003 he started Kawaii Creative Studio together with Marieke Ferrari.
After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts, Marieke Ferrari attended various courses at the Accademia Disney, including 3D computet graphics, illustration, layout, and scriptwriting. Since 1998, she has been working as illustrator and painter on many different Disney projects, and in the publishing and merchandise licensing areas in muktimedia formats. She is creative director, as well as scriptwriter and painter, ar Kawaii Creative Studio, which she co-founded with Massimiliano Narciso. She does not happen to be related to Alessandro Ferrari, but both enjoy the coincidence.
