Each visa category is set forth in a clear and concise manner, with real-life and hypothetical situations at the end of each chapter, allowing students to visualize actual problems and issues that arise when processing a case. Further, in responding to the hypothetical situations, students will look to the United States immigration statutes, rules and regulations and precedent and administrative policies to resolve issues.
