Linda Larsen is a professional home economist who has created and tested recipes for major food companies including Pillsbury and Malt-O-Meal since 1987. Linda was a member of the Pillsbury Bake-Off Staff in 1987, 1989, 1991, 1997, and 2000, and was Manager of Internet Recipe Search in 2000. Linda has been the Busy Cooks Guide at About.com since January 2002. Linda holds a degree in Biology from St. Olaf College, and a degree with High Distinction in Food Science from the University of Minnesota. She lives in Northfield, Minnesota.
