About the Author:

Tony DeMeo is the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Richmond, a position he assumed in 2002. A successful college football coach for three decades, Tony has established himself as a motivator, an offensive innovator, and a program builder. He has a zeal for excellence both on and off the field and is always actively involved in the community.

DeMeo has served as a head coach for 19 seasons at three institutions. Never afraid of a challenge, DeMeo took the reigns and turned around two losing programs. He also started Mercyhurst College’s program from scratch and in seven years his teams posted a 41-21-2 record.
