Synopsis

A recently deceased anthropology professor enters the afterworld where he learns he is dead and is up for reincarnation. Instead of an immediate transition, he gets permission from the reincarnation "transitioners" to observe the mating patterns of humans and non-humans on "life videos." In between viewing the videos, he discusses their lives and mating patterns with his "Monitor" and a "Transition Shrink."

As he does this, Niehoff describes and tries to understand why and how a man and woman choose each other, have sex/make love, and in his case, when it all crashes, ask "why" again and pick up the pieces.

DR. AUTHOR NIEHOFF worked as an anthropologist for 47 years, conducting research in most parts of the world. He taught college classes for 35 years and has written numerous articles for academic and popular journals. Now retired, he devotes his efforts to writing books for the general public and beginning college students.

If they could help it, you didn't mess around, as we got to call sexual affairs in the late twentieth century.
