About the Author:

Gregory T. Everson, MD, a nationally recognized expert on the treatment of hepatitis C, is Professor of Medicine and Director of Hepatology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He counsels hundreds of hepatitis C patients, directs the University of Colorado's Program in Liver Transplantation and advises physicians throughout Colorado. Hedy Weinberg is an award-winning writer and essayist. Diagnosed with hepatitis C in 1993, she brings personal understanding of how patients feel and what they want and need to know.
