He is also contributing to the Windows 2000 Certification efforts for many training companies throughout the United States.

With over ten years of IT experience, she has worked for companies such as Honeywell, MicroAge, Moon Valley Software, and Mastering Computers. Along the way she has become proficient in a wide array of hardware, software, and operating systems, along with both Windows and Novell networking technologies. Apart from an occasional stint as a PBX & ACD admink, DBA, trainer, webmaster, and application progrmmer, Deborah is currently working as an independent consultant.
Shawn McNutt, CCNA, MCSE+I, A+, Network+, i-Net+, is a Network Engineer at Saco River Telegraph and Telephone in Bar Mills, Maine. He has a Bachelor of Science in Technology Education from the University of Southern Maine and a Masters in Technology in Education from Lesley College in Cambridge Massachusetts.
