About the Author:

Derek Melber, MCSE, (Phoenix, AZ) is a technical writer, instructor, and consultant. He has authored five books on Windows 2000 exams. Most recently, Derek is working with Microsoft to develop the Certification Skills and Assessment Program for Windows 2000. He is also contributing to the Windows 2000 Certification efforts for many training companies throughout the United States.
