About the Author:
Cindy Barden began working as a full-time free-lance author and educational consultant in 1990 after a career in Personnel Administration and Management. "Once my two sons, Aaron and Jay, were grown, I was able to devote my time to doing what I love best--writing."
Cindy received her English degree from the University of Wisconsin--Oshkosh. She has written educational activity books, short stories, poetry and news articles. Cindy designs word puzzles and games for a number of publications.
Cindy and her husband, Ross, live in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. They enjoy working together on projects around the house. When she isn't' writing, Cindy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, Devan and Tori; reading; watching the Green Bay Packers win; making jigsaw puzzles and collecting trivia.
