About the Author:
Terence T. Finn has worked on Capitol Hill and at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. He has a Ph.D. in government from Georgetown University. Now retired, Finn lives in Chestertown, Maryland, where he pursues a lifelong interest in military aviation. To Begin Again is his follow-up novel to The Best of Times: A Novel of Love and War.
