About the Author:
Jenni Fleetwood was born in England, but grew up in South Africa, where she became a journalist and later a recipe writer and home economist. Now living in Suffolk, Jenni is the author of numerous cookery titles, including The Traditional Country Kitchen Cookbook and The Ultimate 30 Minute Cookbook, as well as several children's books. She is a member of the Society of Authors and the Guild of Food Writers.
