About the Author:

Jean Otte is the founder and CEO of WOMEN Unlimited Inc. (WUI), an organization that offers unique nationwide cross-industry leadership development programs for achievement-oriented women.

Formerly the first female corporate vice president for National Car Rental Systems Inc., she is a sought-after speaker, having spoken at events such as Avon's and IBM's Women's Leadership Forum, Harvard's Women in Business Conference, and the Professional Women's Business Conference.
