Ed Betof Ed.D., president of Betof Associates, is a senior fellow in human capital, and program director for the Executive Council on Talent and Organization Development at the Conference Board. He is an adjunct executive and coach for the Center for Creative Leadership and faculty member with the Institute for Management Studies. Ed was a founding senior fellow and academic director of Penn's chief learning officer doctoral program. Ed retired from BD (Becton, Dickinson, and Company) where he was worldwide VP of talent management and CLO. Ed served on ASTD's Board from 2004 to 2007. Lisa M. D. Owens is a learning expert who applies learning sciences and instructional design methodology to training programs that move businesses forward. During her 32-year career at Procter & Gamble, she was a leading training professional, and dean of P&G's R&D University. She was a sought-after internal consultant for training design and known for skills as a coach for executive trainers, skills she developed in response to P&G's culture of leaders-as-teachers. Lisa consults with large and midsize firms to develop training strategies that advance the business. She serves on the executive advisory board for the Greater Cincinnati chapter of ASTD, and as a CorpU awards judge.
Sue Todd is chief strategy officer at CorpU. She works with faculty at Wharton, IESE, and MIT to adapt executive education programs to the practical needs of leaders. Sue consults to Coca-Cola, Aetna, Exxon and others to address the dynamic conditions of the 21st Century. Her current work focuses on how complexity science reveals cracks in current organizational structures and practices under increasing marketplace dynamism.
