He asks his clients to do a few simple tasks with horses that reveal to him what is going on in their lives as the interaction with the horse serve as a mirror to one's relationships with other human beings. Formerly the head of the juvenile program at the renowned Sierra Tucson Treatment Facility, Webb has spent years studying different theraputic modalities and then developed his own program that combines horses with humans.
