About the Author:
Philip Lee Williams is an award-winning author of four works of fiction. Managing a full-time position at the University of Georgia, he is also an accomplised composer. His works include THE HEART OF A DISTANT FOREST (winner of the Townsend Prize for Fiction), ALL THE WESTERN STARS (optioned for film by zanuck Productions), SLOW DANCE IN AUTUMN, PERFECT TIMING, and THE SONG OF DANIEL (for which he was named Georgia Author of the Year). Williams lives in Athens, Georgia, with his wife and son.
