About the Author:

Jim Heynen is the author of several critically acclaimed books. He is currently writer-in-residence at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon Paul Boyer, a commercial photographer, has had his photographs published in various magazines. He makes his home in Washington State and likes to camp and bicycle in his spare time.
