Many thanks to Red Focks and Alien Buddha Press for illustrating, designing, and publishing my chapbook. The past 6 months have been a time of both personal exploration and busy schedules. Between physical therapy for a compounded knee, carpal tunnel syndrome, appointments for mental health, and exercising to lose weight; it has been a doozy. I stayed off Facebook during most of this time. I happened to set a good poetry schedule for myself as well...I wrote and revised this latest book at least 30 times. "Loco"Motion of Life is an affirmation as much as it is a poetic vice locked on memories of a segment of my life. I was in much physical pain, but high spirits when I wrote this. These poems affirm life, Capture romance, and above all, scream in the loudest voice possible, that this is not the end, but only a new beginning. Enter the "Loco"Motion of Life.
