About the Author:

Dr. Paula Horan is a psychologist, body mind therapy trainer, Reiki master, author and seminar leader whose warmth and inspirational teaching help motivate her students to manifest the richness inherent in their lives. Born in America, she lived her childhood years in Italy and Germany. She completed her undergraduate studies with a B.A in sociology and English literature in Britain, and then passed both her MA (focusing on dance therapy) and her Ph.D. in psychology at San Diego, California. Having healed herself at a young age of grand mal epilepsy and later of several tumors she sought and experimented with a number of healing modalities. This naturally lead her to become an avid researcher on detoxification and rejuvenation treatments. Twelve years ago she was introduced to the varied benefits of oxygen and its active tri-atomic form known as ozone. Inspired by its efficacy, she now wishes to share it with her readers and with the spa industry.
