About the Author:

Carma Haley Shoemaker began her writing career as a contributing editor, composing articles for both online and print magazines. While she has always written short stories and novels, it was only recently that she came out of the writing desk to officially make the transition to fiction. Carma writes in multiple genres including Romance, Fantasy, and Paranormal. While working as a nurse, she relocated to several states over a ten year period before moving her family back home to Ohio. Carma, who considers herself a “nurse by trade and a writer by nature,” is the founder and administrator of the North Central Ohio Writers (NCOW), as well as a long-time veteran and ML of NaNoWriMo.
