Tom Blandini travels from Arizona to El Paso, TX. to purchase stallions and mares to build up his remuda at his cattle ranch located ten miles outside Tucson. He must ride these horses three hundred miles back to his ranch, when he overpays for the horses and can't return home by train. During the ride back, he encounters, storms, a gunman sent to steal his stock, the notorious horse thieves Chato Rosario and Red Hawk, and an outlaw gang posing as escaped Apaches. His beautiful wife Dominique worried about her husband travels with her foreman Rafael Reyes to help in the safe return of her husband.
