About the Author:

Gary Lamit has been an educator for over 45 years. He has taught 2nd grade through university and has published over 60 books on a variety of subjects. He raised three children- mostly without the aid of a television. Presently he is teaching at a community college. He married to a Vietnamese woman who brings a wonderful multi-cultural mix to his life along with a large family. With a growing number of nieces and nephews, young children have again become an integral part of his life.
