It is April 1944, and World War II is raging in Western Europe. Lieutenant Roy Stevens is an American P-51 Mustang fighter pilot who was just authorized to engage in all-out dogfights against the German Luftwaffe during his next assignment. About the Author:
Mike Render is a recently retired Southern California aerospace engineering manager. He earned a bachelor of science degree in aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a master of science degree in systems management from the University of Southern California (USC). Mike and his wife, Debbie, currently live in Los Angeles County.
