About the Author:

A native of Central New York, John Mercer is a 6th grade teacher in Fulton, NY. John’s second novel, They Call Me Zombie: Hope is a sequel to the first, They Call Me Zombie. In addition to teaching and writing, John is an avid fan of Syracuse Football and Basketball and the New England Patriots. In the spring and summer he continues with his feeble attempts at golf.
