Hi I'm Tom Thelen, creator of the Victimproof Anti-Bullying Program and author of Teen Leadership Revolution. I love helping students learn how to break free from the victim mindset and how to become leaders at their schools. As a full time youth motivational speaker, I've spoken at over 500 schools and youth conferences, teaching students how to "BE THE CHANGE" on their campus.
