"Too Much Heaven" is the third installment of a multi-volume series about growing up, life, love, dysfunctional families as well as redemption.  This story follows a young, DeLaine Reynolds  after a massive tornado destroyed her hometown of Wichita Falls, TX in 1979 and the series will conclude when she is grown and a grandmother.  The series is currently set to have 9 volumes at this time.  The first novel in the series is "Dust In The Wind" and the second is "Still".  This is a great story to follow as you see the way DeLaine learns about love, friendship, life and how to survive amidst it all.  Set in the late 1970's and into the new decade of the '80's, DeLaine is full of the typical teenage angst, only her life is a bit more complicated due to family dysfunction, abusive family members and beginning all over again after the tornado of 'Terrible Tuesday' completely claimed everything she'd ever known about life.  A coming of age story that will transport you to the 1970's and your own teenage years whether they happened back then or in another era...it is a story about life lessons and being a survivor no matter how you grow up!

SaDonna Rogers is a survivor of the actual tornado that is the catalyst for DeLaine's story.  'Terrible Tuesday', April 10, 1979 is a day no one who ever lived in Wichita Falls, TX will ever forget.  The tornado completely decimated over half of the city.  Set among the reconstruction period of the first year, the series is inspired by actual events.  Ms. Rogers now lives in Goliad, TX with a menagerie of dogs and cats who found their way to her home.  She has one grown son and two grandchildren.
