Dear Amazon reader,
I have cooking in my genes from my French and Italian ancestors. I am passionate about food and cooking and have been since I can remember. I have surrounded myself with food, sauces, wines & cheese,condiments, oils, vinegars, spices and hot sauces with my stores for over 25 years. I was born in the United States and was fortunate to grew up on a small family farm. I also spent several years a s a child growing up in the Caribbean. I traveled a lot with my family. Traveling and my ethnic origins have influenced my cooking style and made me an Epicurus individual. I love creating and cooking with spices, and unusual ingredients. I love fried foods, veggies and salads, good soups and comfort foods. Some days I crave very spicy food and other days plain fare. I suppose my cooking style is global cuisine or more world fusion. I can honestly tell you I am never bored in my kitchen!
Some of my favorite recipes are: paper thin fried chicken, Greek dressing, jerk pork, sugar monster rub, red sauce, corn chowder, caesar dressing, turkey meat loaf and white gravy, homemade salsa, calamari with lemon aioli, clams, anything with chipotle peppers or garlic, spicy hot fudge sauce, garlic bread crumbs for fish. OMG, I love them all!
My mission is to get you to cook,whether you are a beginner cook or years in the making. My cookbook and philosophy will inspire you to use ingredients in ways you may not have thought of, or inspire you try new an unusual ingredients you may not have considered, fry without fear, eat healthy and hopefully have fun doing it.
