Beth Allen has moved on...

It's been eight years since she and Jack Thornfield met on an exotic holiday and sparked up a seriously promising romance. But then he disappeared without a trace, and Beth's life got dreadfully busy, demanding, and altogether complicated.

Then Jack and Beth run into each other again...while she's applying for an exciting new job in London-at his company. For necessity's sake, but against her better judgment, she takes the job, and from that moment on, complicated doesn't even begin to describe it...

WHAT READERS SAY:
"A holiday fling that will last longer than your tan!"
"A wonderful funny, sexy, romantic read."
"This book is gorgeous, simply gorgeous...jump-off-the-page characters, masses of humour, sexual tension you could cut with a penknife, heart-wringing romance-you literally won't be able to put it down."
"I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys enveloping themselves in a great big squashy marshmallow duvet with a whopping box of chocolates-this is the literary equivalent."
"Another lovely romantic tale from Phillipa Ashley that will leave you feeling all warm and cosy."

Review:
"Charming story" - BookPage

"Overall, this was a great book, and would make the perfect beach read, in only the best sense of the term, as most of the book focuses on vacation getaways. As one reads this on the beach, one could imagine other vacations in other far off places.

" - Fresh Fiction

"The story has good continuity, a lively romance and foreign travel which makes it entertaining to read. I really enjoyed this tale of two star-crossed lovers who find their way back to each other.
" - Long and Short Reviews

"I enjoyed the way Ms. Ashley ended the book - I love happy endings and Wish You Were Here pleased me on several levels." - Book Addict

"Ashley has a nice precision to her writing, without sounding too technical or superfluous in her descriptions; she simply tells a great story. " - One Literature Nut

"I simply adored this book. It gets everything right and you bond with the characters after only a few pages. " - Book Hounds

"It was truly one of those books that could have gone on forever. " - Royal Reviews

"Overall, this was a great book, and would make the perfect beach read, in only the best sense of the term, as most of the book focuses on vacation getaways" - Fresh Fiction

"The writing is fresh and funny and I think the small touches of romance was just what I needed. " - Book, Movies and Chinese Food

"
If you haven't tried British chick-lit/modern romance before, this is an ideal first read." - Dizzy C's Little Book Blog
