About the Author:

Toni Toney is an Internal Environmentalist who earned her master's degree from the highest possible school of learning: Nature! The EcoDiet food program is the one that Toni subscribed to when medicine failed to help her. Her purpose in writing this book is that it might help the reader, too. The author does not subscribe to the readily accepted viewpoint of disease, but rather views pain and suffering as an internal environment out of balance with nature and the natural order of things. She encourages us to become an internal environmentalist by taking responsibility for the health and sustainability of one's own internal environment. She also encourages us to become an Ecotarian--one who lives and eats for the sustainability of the body as well as the sustainability of the earth and all of its inhabitants. EcoDiet is the result of Toni's thirty years' experience working as an Internal Environmentalist and Natural Food Chef for clients around the globe who are suffering from what she calls an ecological breakdown, or looking for a more ecologically balanced, holistic way of living.
