The differences between the hierarchal society of the Havens and the rough-hewn democracy of the communities went deep, into the very nature of human existence. In 2081 and 2082, the human race came to a crossroads. And at that crossroads there was a battle between two men who were iconic representatives of their respective worlds....

About the Author:
Larry C. White was born in Detroit and migrated in his youth to California, where he has lived for most of his life, with interludes in New York City and Washington, D.C. Most summers he lives in an old farmhouse in Maine. White is a lawyer and the author of two distinguished non-fiction books. This is his first novel.
