Leslie Flowers is an author, presenter and advisor who empowers women to tap their genuine inspiration, plan for success and achieve their fullest potential. She works with female entrepreneurs, team leaders and executives to identify values build high-performance teams, reach consensus on strategy and more. She spent 45 years working for businesses from lean start-up to corporate enterprise. There, she grew her skills in writing, production and publishing. Her attention to detail and quality earned her executive respect as a trustworthy brand steward. Her direction of a proposal and production team for one small business won a $30 million contract that put the company on the map. Leslie developed her core leadership strengths during 20 years of immersion in multiple transformational techniques for personal growth and positive change. A key influence on her work was Napoleon Hill, author of the timeless best-selling book on personal success, Think and Grow Rich!, originally released in 1937. Leslie started her own business to show others how to come “face to face with their infinite potential.” Since 2008, she has facilitated more than 35 in-person “mastermind” studies on the principles of success and goal achievement for hundreds. Each 10-week study trains participants to tap their interests, pursue their passions and achieve their personal goals.
