About the Author:

Rod, or Coach O as he is usually called, has spent close to 20 years as a collegiate coach, including holding the head coach position at three different universities. Rod has coached professionally at every level of collegiate sports, including stints at Oklahoma State University and three-time NCAA National Champion Appalachian State University. Rod has taught motivation to the USA Olympic Coaching Schools, leadership to the United States Drug Enforcement Agency and the Pittsburg Pirates, teamwork to numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as mentoring the CEOs of Wells Fargo Bank and the Colorado Rockies.
