Jean Otte is founder of WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., author of Changing the Corporate Landscape: A Woman's Guide to Cultivating Leadership Excellence and co-author of Women Are Changing the Corporate Landscap: Rules for Cultivating Leadership Excellence. Prior to founding WOMEN Unlimited, Inc. in 1994, Jean was an officer and Corporate Vice President for National Car Rental System, Inc. During her 30 years in the corporate world, Jean held management positions with McDonald s, Gillette and The Bell System before joining National Car Rental in 1980. As a past President of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP), she led an international organization designed to foster and maintain the integrity of business in consumer dealings. Jean was selected and received certification as an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 1992. Jean is frequently requested to give keynote presentations and conduct workshops for organizations and governmental agencies worldwide. Rosina Racioppi is co-author of Women Are Changing the Corporate Landscape: Rules for Cultivating Leadership Excellence , and President and Chief Executive Officer for WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., a nationally recognized resource for cultivating leadership excellence. Prior to joining WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., Rosina held executive management positions in human resources and has extensive experience in Human Resources Management, Organization Planning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Safety, Quality Management, Staffing and Employee Relations. Rosina has held key positions in both large and small organizations, such as Degussa Corporation, Nextran (a division of Baxter Corporation), Technical Wire Products, and Beechwood Data Systems, Inc. Rosina has served on the advisory panel for the American Management Association. In addition, Rosina is an active member of the SHRM (Society of Human Resource Managers), The American Society of Training and Development, New Jersey Human Resources Planning Group and the Women s President s Organization. Rosina is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. Rosina is certified in the Hay Job Evaluation Process and the Crosby Total Management System. Jill L. Ferguson is an award-winning writer, editor and workshop keynote speaker. She has published more than 700 articles, including contributions to three books. In October 2005, In Your Face Ink published her first young adult novel, Sometimes Art Can't Save You. In July 2008, Raise Rules for Women, a book Ms. Ferguson co-authored with Laura Browne was published, and in April 2009, Ms. Ferguson's non-fiction book about WOMEN Unlimited Inc. was published. She has been a guest lecturer at Central Washington University, La Roche College, the University of Minnesota, and at middle and high schools in Pennsylvania and Washington. Ms. Ferguson received her B.S. from La Roche College and an M.A. in English from Notre Dame de Namur University.
