Julio Alberto Rodriguez was born in the Dominican Republic in 1955 and graduated as a Chemical Engineer after completing his studies at the “Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra” in 1978. He serves as Executive Pastor with “Iglesia Nueva Vida, Int’l’ since 1995. The church has its main congregation and headquarters in Woodside, Queens, New York, U.S.A.
