About the Author:

Lee Manning-Vogelstein has always had an ardent interest in animals, which escalated into a passion when she became involved with horses. Her love for riding initiated her interest in owning a farm and the collection of animals that followed. The whitetail deer found their way to the farm where a number of experiences inspired the Tilly story. Lee s professional training in NYC has been in theater arts with an emphasis on dance. She continues to teach at her own school, located in Rockland County for the past 25 years. In addition, Lee teaches the adult Ballet Workout in the tri-state area.
