From the Author:
Dear Readers,
Writing the first novel in the hidden mickey series, HIDDEN MICKEY: Sometimes Dead Men DO Tell Tales!, was an adventure for both of us. No one could have predicted the interest and success it has received since its release in 2009. From Disney fans to mystery/adventure fans, Sometimes Dead Men DO Tell Tales! has found a following among almost everyone who has read the book! yet, this is just the beginning. to us, the book was our way of sending readers on a nostalgic--if not just plain fun--adventure as they visited places in disneyland, relived their youth, and shared in the common goal of keeping walt disney's legacy alive.
The sequel, HIDDEN MICKEY 2: It All Started... turned out to be every bit as much fun to write...and, we hope, as much fun for all who read it.
For the best experience, we recommend readers begin with this novel and then move on to the second book in the series. However, all the novels in the series will stand on their own. this novel will leave you with several questions. We can happily say that these will be answered in the next book in the series HIDDEN MICKEY 2: It All Started... so, sit back, get comfortable, and dig into the quest for hidden mickeys!
Best Wishes,
Nancy Temple Rodrigue

NANCY TEMPLE RODRIGUE
Nancy lives in the small town of Lompoc, California, where she writes her novels and game books. Besides writing, Nancy is an avid reader and also enjoys showing her award winning 1957 T-Bird at local car shows.
Writing about Disneyland comes easy for Nancy as she has been an avid Disney fan ever since she was 6 years old and went to Disneyland for the first time. In addition to creating and developing the characters and storyline in this book, as well as the next three Hidden Mickey novels, fans wanted more, so Nancy continued the storyline with a new generation of quest seekers in the Hidden Mickey Adventures series of novels. She also authored the Hidden Mickey Quests series of game/quest books to play inside the Disney parks. Her novels and game books show her admiration and respect for the man who started it all-Walt Disney. DAVID W. SMITH
David lives in St. George, Utah, with his wife, Dr. Kerri Smith, and their two children, Kyla and Keaton.
In addition to co-authoring the first two Hidden Mickey novels, David also authored Hidden Mickey 5, In the Shadow of the Matterhorn, Tennis Mastery, & Coaching Mastery.
The idea for Hidden Mickey grew out of a love for Disneyland and a deep appreciation for the vision that Walt Disney had in the face of adversity and lack of popular opinion of the day. A cast member at Disneyland in California in the 1970's and early 80's, David learned firsthand, the inner workings of Disneyland and Walt Disney through the years.
