About the Author:
Julius Ford is a native of Orlando, Florida. At the age of 13, he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, Shepherd and Bishop of his soul. Higher education led Overseer Ford to Baltimore, MD where he attended Morgan State University. His diversity of gifts engaged him in the world-renowned choir, the Magnificent Marching Machine (band), U.S. Army Reserve Officer Training Corps, writer, designer and editor of the Spokesman Newspaper, Student Government Association and resident assistant all while receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Policy with a minor in Pre-Law. Julius has also matriculated through the Mind of Christ School of Ministry where he now serves as dean of Faculty and Christian Education. Julius Ford is a certified Professional of Human Resources and has supported global leaders in various industries like IBM, Lafarge and the US Department of Homeland Security throughout his career. He still garners a great deal of clientele from his entrepreneurial venture as a graphic designer and strategic marketing consultant. Julius has been active in ministry since the summer of 2004, when he overhauled the youth ministry and implemented Sunday School and Children’s church at Higher Dimensions Christian Center. He received his ministerial license in 2007 and was ordained as an elder in the Lord’s Church under the Church of the Everlasting Kingdom, Inc. (COTEK) in 2012. COTEK is a covering for local assemblies, ministries and businesses under the auspices of Dr. Doral R. Pulley. In November of 2010, he was sent out to expand the reach of the covering by establishing a local assembly and diocese in Atlanta, Georgia. Today, the vision of Kingdom Assembly of Grace and Truth (KAGT), “Liberating souls and changing lives,” is coming to pass and in July 2015, Julius was consecrated an overseer. Now, as a member of the episcopacy, he is the general secretary of the COTEK National Executive Board. He also chairs the board of directors for Release to Reunion, a 501c3 non-profit organization in Atlanta established to reunite families separated as a result of incarceration, domestic violence and/or addiction. Most recently God spoke to him about the prayerful establishment of FORD-ify™. The mission of Fordify™ is edifying the body of Christ by Teaching and Training ministry leadership to B.U.I.L.D. (Believe, Unify, Improve, Labor and be Diligent).
