Before starting her pattern company, Nicole's Art to Live With in 1994; Nicole used her creative design and writing skills by working for many years as a Communications Specialist for a variety of companies. Although she thoroughly enjoyed this career, when she found herself sneaking quilting books into 'the office' in plain brown wrappers, it was time to reconsider her career path.
