The stories in Danny's bed are written on true life experiences of the Cobb family in Savannah, Georgia.In 1998 Al Cobb purchased an antique bed at a local Savannah auction house for his son Jason Cobb. Little did the Cobb's know about the bed or it's previous occupant Danny.Within the first few days Jason became aware of breathing down his neck and a pressing down beside him as he tried to go to sleep. Jason felt as if he was being watched and the photos of his deceased grandparents that he had on his bedside table were constantly found face down. He righted the frames and when he turned around then looked back they were down again! Toys that Jason had long outgrown were removed from their storage in the closet and grouped together on the bed. Jason's mother Lila and I called in a priest and two of the world's most reknown parapsychologists Dr. William Roll (late of Duke University now at Georgia Western) and Dr. Andrew Nichols who declared our home "Haunted by Intelligent Poltergeists RSK." Our family is featured on a new Fox Family television series called "Real Scary Stories" which premiered October 2000. The book also covers six other Savannah individuals and families that have had paranormal activities in their homes.

About the Author:
Al Cobb is a full time antique dealer and appraiser with thirty years experience.Born on November 6 , 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma I have three children Jennifer Tara Cobb, Albert L. Cobb Jr.(LEE) and his twin brother Jason Aaron Cobb. I married my Savannah Christian School classmate and sweetheart on Lila Crosby (Cobb) July 5, 1974.This is my first book which has proven to be a local best seller!
