About the Author:

Writer/Illustrator, Madame M is the “Mistress of The Creepy Little Things.” She keeps them in her lovely basement, turned rec-room, to keep them from disturbing small children at night. Madame M married her ‘love at first fright,’ Wolfman Joe, who also is kept in the basement to avoid “accidents.” Her favorite past-times are contacting the dead, creating love potions, attending the annual Creepy Little ScareFest and writing about her creepy little fiends.

WITCHY BOO-BOO

When Witchy Boo-Boo was

Just a young ghoul

Her mother would tell her

To “Follow One Rule”

“Never use witchcraft

For personal gain

It’ll only cause heartache

And worst of all... PAIN”

Many years later

When her powers were stronger

Boo-Boo thought

She’d like her legs longer

“And then, while I’m at it

I’ll get rid of this fat”

She patted her tummy

“Most guys don’t like that”

“And this wart on my face

It too has to go

And my chest is too small

I will make it grow”

So, with an “Abracadabra”

And a flick of her wand

Her short, squatty legs

Began to elong

The fat in her tummy

Began to erase

And the legs she had wished for

Took over it’s place

The wart that she wanted

Gone, as she said,

Became a big ugly

Hole in her head

And her small petite chest

Grew out of distortions

They grew and they grew

To enormous proportions

They blew up for a while

Like balloons that are bloated

Till they just got so large

They up and exploded

As Witchy Boo-Boo laid

All mangled, she thought

“I should’ve just listened

To what my mom taught”
