Dr. Steven Waterhouse has served as the Pastor of Westcliff Bible Church in Amarillo TX since 1985. He has degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary (D.Min.); Capital Bible Seminary (Th.M. Hebrew and Greek);Spring Arbor University in Michigan (BA Social Sciences); and Cornerstone University in Michigan. He has taught Bible doctrine in colleges and church ministries.
