The story begins with Moses, the moose and Greta, the goose agreeing to work together to solve the mystery of the missing trees. From the Author:

I decided to have this book translated into French for children in Quebec and for children taking French Immersion. It was translated and subsequently edited by two teachers who were born in Quebec and who have taught French Immersion for 20 years. It is of special interest to Canadian children because it features the three most iconic Canadian animals, the moose, the Canada goose and the beaver. It contains strong educational content including three pages at the back of the book for enrichment education purposes.

About the Author:

Kristi Nielsen was born in Alberta, Canada and has lived inthree Canadian provinces and in seven Canadian cities. Her earlychildhood years were spent on a farm. Her love for writing began in highschool.When her children were young, she wrote children's storybooks but never published them. Now as a grandmother her passion for writingand illustrating children's books has been revived. She published 8new books in 2018 and continues to write. Watch for her new releases.Kristi also illustrates the children's books she writes.Her love for art led to many awards in the Edmonton Exhibition, even as a child.
