Samuel H. Gottlieb is a former attorney who worked as a public defender in San Francisco County. For the past 10 years he has been a collector of and dealer in rare and collectible books. Gottlieb now lives in Arizona with his wife and daughter as well as 4 dogs, 2 horses and 8 wild ducks which have moved into his swimming pool.
