About the Author:
Born and raised Oslo, Norway. Emmigrated to USA in her teens. Returned to Norway often as a tour director, to do research and filming. She has written 6 books and produced/directed 2 videos on Norwegian traditions and foods. Food editor for International Sons of Norway Magazine 1989-1998. Contributing editor to Norway Times and correspondant for Western Viking newspapers. She is a member of IACP International Association of Culinary Professionals.
