People may visualise a whole life in a few minutes but it is when we need to refine our visualisations into the intangible feelings it becomes more complex; but strengthening our concentration on visualising colour and recognisable form helps to clarify our understanding of our emotions. When practicing the following technique, you may find working with a friend or a group helpful, enabling you to discuss your observations or problems.
