Barbara F. Lefcowitz has published six books of poetry, a novel, and numerous individual poems, short stories, essays, and reviews in over 350 journals. She has won writing fellowships and prizes from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the Maryland Arts Council, among others. A resident of Bethesda, Maryland, she is also a visual artist, a Professor of English at Anne Arundel College, and a world-traveller.
