From the Publisher:
The "Empty Well Syndrome" is the process in which we go to a person (well) and expect to get the love, acceptance and affirmation that we need to be a healthy, loving and giving person, only to walk away empty with an unmet need in our life. The syndrome is going back time after time after time expecting to get something we desperately need only to walk away empty handed and hurt. This leaves a person dry and thirsty for what could be a lifetime.

From the Author:
As I began to write this book in June of 2000, I didn't even know what I was writing, or exactly why? I simply began to write out of the pain of my own life and it wasn’t until December of 2004 that I had my conclusion.

This book has turned out to be so much bigger then I ever dreamed and I would urge you to take out the names that are in this book and insert your name wherever possible.

The "Empty Well Syndrome" has affected so many people and it dumbfounds me still to this day that we are so empty. The truth of the matter is, so many people don’t even know how empty they are.

I had exhausted every possibility and manipulated every situation to get my well to produce for me what I needed. On the day I finally realized that my well was completely oblivious to my needs and it was time for a change thus coining the phrase the "Empty Well Syndrome".

The day I realized that my well was empty was one of the most painful days of my adult life. The truth of the matter is I always suspected that my well was empty I just didn’t want to admit it.

There is something on the inside of us that wants to believe the good in people, and when we have a love for someone it’s hard to believe that Well (person) does not have or is incapable of giving to us what we need.

It is a harsh reality to find out that the one who you think has the power to fill your well is just as empty as you. When you figure out that their well is empty; to finally figure out that yours is empty, will surely get you thinking about your entire life and that is the point of this book.

Allow yourself the opportunity to question your life and get healing so that you can make a better life for you and your family.
