One of the most recognizable of American artists, and one of America's most innovative printmakers, Jim Dine has created a multidisciplinary oeuvre tied together by his continued use and reinvention of familiar imagery. About the Author:

Jim Dine was born in Cincinnati in 1935 and made his entrance into the New York art world in the late 1950s. His paintings, drawings, photographs and sculpture have since been shown at the Walker Art Center, Minneapolis and the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Guggenheim Museum, New York. Dine has taught art at Yale, Oberlin and Cornell.

This finely crafted catalog was published in conjunction with an exhibition held at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts last summer and shows the rich diversity of work by American artist Jim Dine (b. 1935).
