It provides a glimpse into the entire ballet training process from the beginning years to professional ballet school as a young adult. It tells where to study, whether or when to attend a boarding school, how to find the right teacher and much more.

Angela Whitehill has trained with the Canadian National Ballet and the Arts Eductional Schools, London. William Noble is the author of Bookbanning in America, and several other books. Together they are the authors of The Dancers Book of Ballet and Ballet Magic, the Burklyn Story. They both live in Island Heights, New Jersey.
