About the Author:

PETER E. LYNCH is a graduate of Brown University and a career railroader who worked with Congressman Conte on a railroad rehabilitation project. Silvio is his first book. He lives in Old Saybrook, Connecticut with his wife, Kathryn, and daughter, Kelley.
