About the Author:
Donald Edwin Westlake, whose pseudonyms include Richard Stark, was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1933. He is a three-time Edgar Award winner and was named a Grand Master by the Mystery Writers of America in 1993. There are over twenty novels featuring professional thief Parker including Ask the Parrot published by Quercus.
